UNAIR NEWS – Proud and happy are words that can describe Anditya Azzahra’s feelings when she passed SNMPTN 2021. Tya, is one of the four youngest students of Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR) admitted to Pharmacy bachelor’s program, Faculty of Pharmacy (FF). Her parents and other family members were also happy with this achievement.

Being one of the best universities in Indonesia is the reason Tya chose UNAIR as a place for her to continue her studies. The student from Sidoarjo also revealed another reason for choosing UNAIR because it was not too far from home.

“If I am asked why choose Pharmacy, because I always have interest to it,” she said.

Still only 15 years old, Tya explained that she had been in the acceleration program since she attended SMPN 1 Sedati and continued to SMAN 1 Taman, Sidoarjo. Thanks to the accelerated program, she graduated two years earlier than his peers.

“Several things I prepared after being declared passing SNMPTN yesterday is mentality because lectures are different from school, also tuition fees and also start studying for her future studies,” added the student born in 2005.

From the beginning of entering high school, Tya was determined to become an eligible student. Eligible students are students deemed eligible by the school to be registered to SNMPTN. In order to achieve this goal, Tya joined a lot of competitions to get various certificates.

“So, I managed to get three certificates and all of them were from UNAIR, Dentine competition certificate, the chemistry Olympiad certificate, and the Veterinary Olympiad certificate,” she explained on Saturday, March 27, 2021.

When asked how Tya can overcome laziness in studying, she answered by watching videos or vlogs that tell a story about someone’s success in college. Thus, Tya’s enthusiasm to study is maintained.

Finally, Tya hoped that her studies can run smoothly. She also expressed her desire to graduate on time with a satisfactory GPA.

“Hopefully my study will run smoothly and I can graduate on time with a good GPA,” she concluded. (*)
