UNAIR NEWS – Student Executive Board (BEM) with Student Legislative Body (BLM) Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Affairs went to visit the Banyuwangi PSDKU. The visit, which lasted for two days starting from May 4-5, which has a series of important activities, namely Coffee time, and registration of cadre regeneration.
PSDKU visit was opened with activity of coffee and casual discussion related with top issue brought by BEM and BLM FPK Surabaya,. Starting at 7:00 p.m in lecture room A201, students, BEM and BLM enjoying coffee and snacks together.
The activity was opened with remarks by Vice of BEM Surabaya FPK, Rizaldi Ruswandi and Head of HIMAKUA PSDKU, Indra Wicaksono. In his remarks, Vice of BEM FPK expressed his intention and purpose to visit Banyuwangi PSDKU.
“Our intentions and goals (BEM and BLM, Red) came to PSDKU to connect with friends from PSDKU Banyuwangi. Regardless to the activity, we want to strengthen the relation between FPK in Surabaya and PSDKU students.” said the man who is familiarly called Rizaldi.
Coffee time raised three top issues, namely the relation of Surabaya FPK students with Banyuwangi PSDKU, leadership regeneration problems and sharing of new student cadre activities. The discussion was moderated by Head of Department of Home Affairs BEM FPK, Mochammad Didin Arif.
The event were closed with the registration for the new committee in May 5. In addition, the regristation for new committee should collaborates with PSDKU students.
“In the future, this kind of activities will continue to exist. In addition, student from other city can also participate in their next visit, which is planned in the next semester.” said the student of the 6th semester of Fisheries Industry Technology.
In line with Vice of BEM FPK, Head of HIMAKUA also expressed his appreciation for the event. “Hopefully, it will strengthen our relation and as representative of PSDKU students, please forgive us if there is any mistakes.” concluded the man who familiarly called Indra. (*)
