UNAIR NEWS – In the world of organization, sometimes the work programs make students feel bored, especially the organizers. Angga Kresna Pranata as Head Executive Board Faculty of Nursing Student (BEM FKp) in the period 2019-2020 made a different thing.
Angga shared his story with UNAIR NEWS team about BEM FKP 2019. Being a member of BEM for two years made Angga feel monotonous. Therefore, Angga made BEM FKp to be more different than the previous management.
“I want BEM FKp to be different because for two years in here, I felt like something needs to change.” he said.
Therefore, Angga searched for new innovations by reviewing work program from the previous BEM FKp. Angga focused on making the event more different by changing program and system.
Every organization should have a cabinet as well as BEM FKp. In the period 2019-2020, BEM FKp has a cabinet with the name of SUPER.
For Angga, Kabinet Super stands for Supportive, Superior, Prestative, and Revolutionary. It has a philosophy that something is strong with the revolution of BEM for the period 2019-2020 and provide its own strength.
In the end, Angga hoped that BEM FKp would suit its purpose. An organization can be better if there is good cooperation between members with one common goal.
“I hope BEM FKp is in accordance with my goals. Be different and the most important thing is everyone are in the same line with my goal” Angga concluded. (*)
