UNAIR NEWS – Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR) Rector, Prof Dr Mohammad Nasih SE MT Ak officially closed the Airlangga Education Expo (AEE) 2022 on Sunday, February 20, 2022. On that occasion, Prof Nasih also announced the UNAIR Golden Ticket 2022 recipients. The golden ticket is an opportunity for Ksatria Airlangga candidates to be directly accepted into their desired study program at UNAIR.
“This year, the applicants for the golden ticket have increased tremendously. Therefore, not all of the golden ticket winners are announced on this occasion. We need time for the applicant’s document verification process,” stated the Faculty of Economics and Business Lecturer.
Prof Nasih continued that the other golden ticket recipients will be announced after February 28, 2022. “Coinciding with the last day of registration of the State University National Entrance Exam (SNMPTN),” he continued.
On that occasion, there were five students selected by Prof. Nasih who managed to get a golden ticket to become a Ksatria Airlangga candidate. The five came from various schools in Surabaya and Gresik.
Among them are Anggi Triya Vionita, Dea Wahidah Rahmadani, dan Salsabila Talitha Caesaria from SMAN 19 Surabaya. Equipped with many national olympiad achievements, they were accepted into UNAIR’s Statistics, Nursing, and Sociology Study Program.
The next winner came from outside the Surabaya area. A student of SMAN 1 Menganti Gresik, Rizky Setiawan, was accepted into the Physics Study Program, and finally, Fatkhur Rohman Ardiansyah, a student of MAN 1 Gresik, was accepted into UNAIR’s Industrial Engineering Study Program.
After being announced, UNAIR Rector invited them to take a picture with the deans of faculties accepting the golden ticket winners. They are the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST), Faculty of Nursing (FKp), Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP), and Faculty of Advanced Technology and Multidiscipline (FTMM).
