UNAIR NEWS – Public Tenure Report of Student Executive Board (BEM), Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR) was held on Sunday, March 3 at Amerta Hall, Management Office Campus C. The activity was attended by around 129 participants from BEM members, apprentice students, DLM and MPM representatives, representatives of autonomous bodies (BO) and preparatory autonomous bodies (BOP) and several faculty representatives.
In the report’s hearing, each ministry and BO / BOP of BEM UNAIR explained the realization of work programs they carried out, from the implementation of activities, obstacles faced to the budget report.
Galuh Teja Sakti, Head of 2018 BEM UNAIR in his speech explained that the report’s hearing was a form of finalization to the public mandate. At the same time, as proof to the realization of 2018 BEM UNAIR service.
“This record can be used as a comparison for institutional performance in the future. The journey of dedication and contribution at BEM UNAIR,” said Teja.
After all ministries and BO/ BOPs presented their reports, Teja then said goodbyes. Teja expressed gratitude to all people who helped him complete the mandate, from the deputy to all BEM UNAIR staff.
Teja hoped that in the future UNAIR will be able to become the vanguard for the students in responding to the problems of education, research, and complicated issues about social inequality in Indonesia. Teja also hoped that UNAIR will be able to develop and advance in the face of the challenges of an ever-evolving era.
“I am Galuh Teja Sakti asking for permission to be excused, with all due respect to all Airlangga Knights,” said Teja.
Fairuzzudin Zuhair, the deputy also expressed his gratitude to all those who helped him and Teja to complete the mandate. Fairuz also recommended current BEM UNAIR members to serve in the next management tenure.
“Alhamdulillah, there are lots of lessons, stories, memories, things for us both to remember. Thurs, thank you. Alhamdulillah, it can be done well even though there were shortcomings. We really hope that the contribution from all friends can continue next year, “Fairuz said.
