Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR) has many places for self-development for students. At PSDKU UNAIR Banyuwangi, student's self-development forum called the Community of Interest and Talent (Komikat). One of the forum engaged in the fields of vocals is Student Choir (PSM).
Komikat yang memiliki nama “Sunrise of Java” itu, mengawali perjalanannya pada Tahun 2014. Ditemui UNAIR NEWS (29/03/2019), Fiko Ainun Aisyiyah selaku ketua periode 2018/2019 menceritakan perjuangan PSM dari awal mula berdiri hingga saat ini.
