“This award is presented to all members of the UNAIR academic community. Since the beginning, we have been committed to always contributing together against the Covid-19 pandemic,” said the Rector.

Furthermore, as part of the Tri Dharma (Three Pillars) of Higher Education, UNAIR is also committed to doing community service, especially during the current pandemic.

Various roles against Covid-19 that UNAIR has carried out include preparing reagents for Covid-19 tests, drug combinations, and vaccine development which are currently in the process of obtaining clinical trial permits.

“From upstream to downstream, we have been doing what we can to deal with Covid-19 as optimally as possible by involving all parties. It is our commitment to always be present in every problem of the nation and humanity,” he said.
