The name of Guest House I itself stands for Guest House IKOMA. Namely as a form of appreciation from FEB UNAIR to IKOMA who have supported FEB UNAIR’s activities and programs.

The building located on Jalan Sutorejo Utara X No. 7 Surabaya is a grant from the remaining donations from parents who are members of IKOMA FEB UNAIR. Because FEB has many activities and cooperation with outside parties. Thus, FEB wants to provide the best and comfortable accommodation for guests. Furthermore, the plan to establish Guest House FEB was approved and realized.

“So we made this guest house to support the collaboration activities between FEB and others because we have many guest lecturers, “explained Prof. Dian.

Modern-style homes with shades of white and pastel colors have four bedrooms with three different categories. Namely, one VIP room, one family-sized room, and two standard-sized rooms. VIP rooms are located on the first floor, while the other three rooms are on the second floor.

With an area of about two hundred and forty square meters, Guest House I also equipped with a living room, kitchen, outdoor bathroom and private bathroom, television in each room, and a central room that can be used as a meeting room.

Furthermore, continued Prof. Dian, Guest House I also provides shuttle transportation services for guests to stay overnight.
