UNAIR NEWS – Universitas Airlangga’s biggest education exhibition, Airlangga Education Expo (AEE), is held again soon. Unlike previous exhibition, AEE 2021 is held virtually due to pandemic situation. However, it is not an obstacle, this time, virtual AEE promises more attractive event performances as well as surprises for expo participants as in previous years.
It was conveyed by the Head of UNAIR Student Admission Center (PPMB) Dr. Achmad Solihin, SE., M.Si. in a discussion on Friday, February 5, 2021. Even though it will be held online, AEE 2021 will still present various information and educational exhibition similar to AEE held in previous years.
Some of them include faculty and program exhibitions, educational webinars, inspirational talk shows, and other detailed information related to the ins and outs of programs offered by UNAIR. Expo participants will also have the opportunity to interact directly with students, lecturers, faculty deans, and UNAIR Rector.
In the last two years, UNAIR Rector also gave surprises in forms of free pass for the qualified and lucky participants. However, according to Dr. Achmad, he cannot confirm whether the spontaneous agenda will be held again or not.
“But, for sure we are ready to give a surprise in this virtual AEE,” added the lecturer of the Faculty of Economics and Business.
AEE 2021 is starting on Saturday, February 13, 2021, with events like talk shows and webinars entitled Road to UNAIR, Arranging Your Future with UNAIR, Don’t Make Mistakes Choosing Your Program, and Talking with Ksatria Airlangga. Meanwhile, from Monday, February 15, 2021 to Friday, February 19, 2021 will be filled with faculty information sessions.
“Meanwhile, on February 24, there was also an international program session as UNAIR has nine International Class programs which have been open since January 18, “said Dr. Achmad.
In a discussion through Instagram live, Dr. Achmad also conveyed various information related to SNMPTN and SBMPTN which will begin the selection process in the near future. Not to forget, Dr. Achmad also emphasized the Independent Admission pathway and vocational program entrance exams as another way to be Airlangga Knights (students of UNAIR, ed).
