UNAIR NEWS – The rapid development of social media makes people appear and influence others easily. It was proven by Evita Febrianti Syahputri or who was familiarly called Pepy. Universitas Airlangga alumnae graduated in March 2019 successfully becomes a beauty influencer, vlogger, and book writer.
Pepy started her career as a beauty influencer in 2016. Particularly with making make up tutorial video on Youtube, she received a positive response from people. Several videos that she uploaded in Youtube reaching two million viewers.
“I made a video on Youtube in 2016 then the reaction from my friend were positive. Moreover, they asked me to make another makeup tutorial video.” she said.
Besides Youtube, she also active on Instagram. Starting from several paid promote fashion products to well-known beauty product brands. Currently, her Instagram account @pepyyy98 has 22.6 thousand followers.
Furthermore, the girl who was born on February 7, 1998 also tried her luck by writing a book. It began with her hobby of writing poems. In addition, she published his first book Ku Baitkan Rindu ke Sajak Tujuh Puluh. Currently she completed her third book and it will be available at bookstore soon.
“When I printed a hundred books first, I promoted and showed to people by myself.” said Pepy interviewed by UNAIR NEWS team.
She also upload her poem on Instagram account @katapepy. The response was great and she gained 130 thousand followers on instagram. (*)
