UNAIR NEWS – Collaborating in the world of organization is something that members must improve and prioritize. This was realized by Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR) and BSES Fenesa Scientific Community (FSC) UNESA in conducting a comparative study. The event was held to strengthen the relation between two scientific organization.
The activity took place on Saturday, April 27 in Sabdoadi hall FKM Campus C UNAIR. There were 30 members of FSC UNESA and 20 members of Garuda Sakti UNAIR.
The event was opened with remarks from Head of Garuda Sakti and welcomed by Head of FSC UNESA. In both respective remarks, they explained a brief history of the organization.
Furthermore, the event began with presentation of work program between both parties. The presentation from PKM Garuda Sakti were delivered by Julyana and Haztika, an outstanding students (Mawapres).
Julyana as Head of 2018 UNAIR PKM division Garuda Sakti has a new work program to deal with target of PKM quota. By forming a Garuda team, the team will be fostered in making PKM proposals.
“Garuda team will be given exclusive assistance and regular monitoring as well. In addition, there will be training classes on writing PKM proposals. Hopefully, the establishment of Garuda team could bring UNAIR in PIMNAS.” he added.
Christina Eva as Head of FSC UNESA stated that FSC was not only engaged in PKM and Mawapres, but also participates in scientific competitions between students. The aim of FSC establishment was to accommodate the interest of Faculty of Economics UNESA students in scientific field.
In addition, the comparative study could enhance cooperation in scientific fields between universities and find solutions to various existing problems. (*)
