UNAIR NEWS – Recently the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education announced the qualifying teams of Student Creativity Program (PKM) as proposed in 2018. In the announcement there were 37 teams qualifying from Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR).
Recognizing the importance of preparation, UNAIR through Garuda Sakti and Student Affairs Directorate held a briefing for qualifying PKM teams on Monday, March 25, 2019 in Kahuripan 300 Hall, 3rd Floor Campus C, UNAIR.
In the event, Dr. Eduardus Bimo Aksono Herupradoto, drh., M.Kes., Dr. Taufan Bramantoro, drg., M.Kes., Nuri Hermawan, S.Hum., Muh. Thohawi Elziyad Purnama, drh., M.Si., all the qualifying teams and supervisors and student assistance team (TPK).
Dr. Eduardus Bimo stated that with 37 teams that passed the funding, there would be strict coaching to maintain enthusiasm and motivation. Of all the teams that passed, UNAIR had teams in all types of PKM. This will make facilitators easier to monitor the performance of 37 teams.
“Airlangga Knights who are members of the 37 teams are the best representatives of UNAIR who will walk towards 32nd PIMNAS in August. So from now on let’s fight together, we UNAIR and colleagues from Garuda Sakti are ready to help and support you, “he said.
Nuri Hermawan, S.Hum., presented the publication material by emphasizing the important points that must be present in the writing news development such as background, the process of conducting the program and also the achievements obtained.
“When you write don’t give an illustration or go around the bush because it will not make the readers interested and out of focus.”
PKM is a prestigious program and gives many benefits for students. Every year Ristekdikti will give opportunities for all students to join and give their best ideas for PKM. Teams that have passed the selection will be given funds to realize the proposed program. Then there will be a monitoring and evaluation, in order to select the determination of PIMNAS participants.
