Physical factors, he explained, include things related to infrastructure in the implementation of work and work environment. While non-physical factors are concerning the relationship between employees to employee performance through job satisfaction.

“The result is expected to find out the steps needed to improve the performance of employees so that all targets and objectives of the University can be achieved,” added the graduate.

Regarding tips on becoming the best graduate, the second child of five siblings said that during study there must be plans and targets to be achieved, apply lecture material to actual situation at work, and build a broad network, both with colleagues, seniors, alumni and lecturers.
