UNAIR NEWS – After Fun Sunday activity filled with Airlangga Run 5K and 10K, Morning and Healthy Aerobic Exercise, UNAIR Aerobic Competition, Grilled Fish Competition, Vocal Group Contest, Community and Health Service Corner, and bazaars on Sunday, 11 November. UNAIR 64th Anniversary celebration continued with Mandiri Bank at Work Fair “Let’s Celebrate” on 12-14 November. The opening event was held on Monday, 12 November at Management Building Hall, 1st Floor, UNAIR. There were several UNAIR leaders attended in this event.
There were several booths of tenants in Mandiri at Work Fair such as: Mandiri KPR, Mandiri KTA, Mandiri Credit Cards, and so on.
Persuasive steps were presented with various interesting door prizes like Honda Beat bike, mountain bikes, televisions, dispensers, fans, and irons.
In his opening speech, Vice Rector IV Junaidi Khotib S.Si., M. Kes., Ph. D., Apt stated that UNAIR in its journey has grown to become a credible university. One of the reason are because Mandiri Bank loyalty who worked with UNAIR until now. Junaidi Khotib also advised that the activities could take place as well as possible without any obstacles.
“I hope we can always work together, even experiencing mutual growth together,” he said.
The speech was delivered by President Region 8 East Java Mandiri Bank, Susatyo Anto Budiyono. According to him, this activity was held for the first time in East Java.
The purpose of the event was to strengthen relations and also an expression of gratitude to UNAIR. Given, some cooperation has been established. Moreover, Mandiri has been given opportunity to serve UNAIR in terms of funding, credit and transaction.
“It is a pride for Bank Mandiri that currently ranked 11th position in the world by Forbes Magazine.” said Susatyo.
“Hopefully this award will further push Mandiri Bank to serve well in society. Primarily in terms of providing facilities. Also accompanied by UNAIR development which is increasingly recognized by the world,” he concluded. (*)
