UNAIR NEWS – Fitroh Rohcahyanto, Jepara-born graduate, should be proud of himself because he has successfully been awarded the best graduate of Faculty of Law (FH) from Universitas Airlangga with 3.83 GPA.
As a functional prosecutor of KPK who live in Jakarta, it was not easy for Fitroh to manage time, let alone distance Jakarta-Surabaya is also quite far away.
“During college the biggest obstacle is to manage time between work and college. Moreover, the distance is quite far from Jakarta to Surabaya. However, all can be overcome with discipline and a best effort to finish college without disturbing work, “said alumnus of Untag Semarang.
As a practitioner in the world of justice, Fitroh is certainly no stranger to the problems. Seeing a legal issue that can be studied as a dissertation material, he took the topic as his dissertation material.
The final paper entitled ” Trading in Influence: as a Crime of Corruption “ . The topic discussed in his dissertation was about trading in influence philosophy as corruption act and how its legal construction as corruption act.
“I often find acts of trading influence from private parties and politicians, but because there is no norm governing it so it can not be processed,” he said.
In addition, after spending a long time in S3 education, the father of four children have plans to share knowledge by teaching law students.
“Tips for S3 students is to have at least two topics that have been planned to facilitate the preparation of the dissertation because the hardest thing is on the preparation of the dissertation,” he concluded. (*)
