UNAIR NEWS – State University Entrance Selection (SNMPTN) is only days away. Various preparations continue to be done by teachers and senior high school students, from searching for information about the selection path to various scholarships.

Therefore,  Universitas Airlangga through Student Admission Center (PPMB) and Information and Public Relations Center (PIH) held Airlangga Education Expo to provide the information.

Interviewed in his office on Thursday, February 8, Rector of UNAIR Prof. Dr. Moh. Nasih, SE., MT., Ak., CMA., stated that UNAIR will invite all headmasters from across Indonesia. They will also attend the event to be held at Airlangga Convention Center (ACC), Campus C UNAIR, from 23 to 25 February.

“We are going to invite all headmasters from across Indonesia to provide information about SNMPTN, SBMPTN, and various scholarships. Their presence here will show their interest and seriousness to enroll their students to UNAIR, “explained Prof. Nasih.

Furthermore, Prof. Nasih added that besides talk show and Q&A sessions about SNMPTN, SBMPTN, and Mandiri pathway, in the Airlangga Education Expo event, there will be a talk show will be held on Student Exchange opportunity and the tips on choosing programs in line with interests and abilities by UNAIR psychologist as well as a session on scholarship at UNAIR.

“In addition, there will be a talk show with alumni and students with achievements and entrepreneurship success,” added Prof. Nasih.

In line with the Rector, the Head of PIH UNAIR Dr. Suko Widodo, M.Si., said that the event is a proof of information openness of UNAIR. In addition, the idea of ​​holding the Airlangga Education Expo is a response to a more detailed information need from the community regarding UNAIR.
