Like arranging flowers, arranging medicinal plants requires creativity. Not just putting plants into one container, but they must think how to beautify the appearance.
In this competition, Rahma and Dwi combined several types of toga plants, such as binahong leaves, ginger, turmeric, jarak leaves, firestick plants, aloe vera leaves, galangal, cinnamon, kelor leaf, pandan leaves, lemon, cumin, ginger and tapak dara leaves.
The result was unique, there were dozens of arranged medicinal plants on top of a basket made of pandan leaves. There was special aroma of spices and flowers around.
Beside the medicinal plants arranging contest, there was also a choir contest. In addition to commemorate mother’s day, the event taking place in the Hall of FK UNAIR was also to celebrate the 18th anniversary of DWP.
