Taxation Application Introduction and Practice for Taxation Students

UNAIR NEWS – Taxation Program Student Association has held some events in welcoming freshmen. One of them is Taxation public lecture. There were speakers from Tax Service Office (KPP) and Tax  Consulting Office (KKP) Multi Utama Consultindo (MUC) in the event obliged to freshmen.

The taxation public lecture held on Friday, October 7 lasted for three hours in Airlangga Hall, Faculty of Vocations (FV). The event was opened by Dean of Faculty of Vocations (FV), Dr. Widi Hidayat,SE., M.Si., Ak., CA and Director of MUC, Otto Budihardjo, MM., BKP. There was also Vice Dean I Faculty of Vocations (FV), Prof. Dr. Retna Apsari,M.Si.

Freshmen were introduced to the knowledge and practice of taxation. Hopefully the lecture will expand their knowledge on their program so they can comprehend their study.

In the event, there was also taxation application practice for the last semester student. The practice was supervised by MUC trainers. The participants took part enthusiastically. The students participating were obliged to bring their own laptops.

The committee in the occasion chose Institutional Income Tax e-SPT as the main menu of the taxation application training as it is hoped to support the students to be graduated. Furthermore, they were trained to use the software which will be used when they work. They got certificates to from their participation in the training.
