The Head of Indonesian Nutritionist Association (Persagi) of East Java who is also a lecturer of Faculty of Medicine (FK) Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR) explained how to choose biscuit correctly by making sure of Halal certification.  If it is halal, it means it contains safe ingredients and has good nutrition like protein, fat and fiber.
