Breaking the fasting is an amazing moment in this Ramadhan. People often have a big meal directly like having a vengeance. Even after eight in the evening, some people eat again with great portion such as fried rice or noodles. This routine is not good for the body. After seven p.m our body needs to cool down. If you have a habit eating at that moment, your sugar level, cholesterol, and weight will soar. If you feel hungry, better consume fruit or vegetables. According to dr Budi Widodo SpPD, an internist of Universitas Airlangga, breaking the fasting with sweets often meant inappropriately. According to him, the best food for that is dates as exampled by our Prophet. Sweet dates easily processed by the body. Fasting which is done correctly will bring health to body, if not if will potentially bring diseases. berbuka yang manis sering diartikan kurang tepat.
