UNAIR NEWS – National Land Agency (BPN) Regional Gresik launched Integrated land Service Program last Sunday, January 10. The program was initiated because there are problems with land registry. There are different data between the land maps in the village with the ones in the Land Agency. The program is about synergy. First step is to make one map policy based on the village maps.
The program was officialy authenticated by Agrarian and Spatial Planning Minister / Head of BPN Ferry Mursyidan Baldan in Wotan Village, Panceng Subdistrict of Gresik Regency. “One map policy will make land service become more efficient, provide legal standing and avoid misperception,” said Ferry who appreciated the idea.
BPN and Gresik Government cooperated with Law Faculty (FH) UNAIR to review all legal aspects of this new program. The objective was to review the legal aspects together to support the service. Gresik Regent Akmal Budianto, replied positively on the cooperation with FH UNAIR . “The program needs legal means to ease and give assurance to the village official in providing service,” he said.
